Roger Donald Kinzie, 67, of Kenosha, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital.
Born on June 23, 1952, in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Donald and Erwina (Schwartz) Kinzie. He grew up in Glen Ellyn, IL and was educated in the local schools.
On June 8, 1980, he married Susan Millonzi in River Forest, IL. They moved to Kenosha in 1989.
Roger loved painting military war figures, War Hammer Figurines, historical war re-enactments, gaming, cooking, and sci-fi movies, especially, Star Wars and Godzilla. He was also a tropical fish hobbyist.
He is survived by his loving wife, Susan of Kenosha; three children, Charles (fiancé Alison Riep) of Boston, MA, Laura (Bruce) Gnorski of Kenosha, and Michael (fiancé Elsbeth O’Brien) Kinzie of Williamsburg, VA; his siblings, Gale and Christopher Kinzie; and his dachshunds, Daisy Duke and Devon. He is further survived by other loving family and friends.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Blair Kinzie.
