I am so terribly sorry you passed. I have to say probably the most exciting times I remember from my High School years were the weekends we'd drive into Old Town and hang. Do you remember when you and I being the teenagers that we were, talked to the guy who sold the Seed? Some people joined us. Others joined them. We collected a crowd big enough that a police car stopped and told us we couldn't congregate without a license. So funny. Somebody asked what would make us legal, the officer said, we could line up against the buildings ... which we did. Our little flash crowd spanned a whole block. That's because you and I, we made a team. So loved you Lynn.
Lynn and I were best friends in highschool. We spent every weekend together. It took me forever to track her down last year and when I finally did I found out from an obiturary she had passed away in 2014 in New Port Richey, FLA where she had lived for many years. I had wintered for 7 yrs there, in the very town, in the same yrs she lived there. I wished I had searched sooner. Maybe we could have connected. I last saw her in 1986 when she came to visit me. She had one son, byTodd Tattersall who has also passed away in his 30's I read. Her husband had passed away too, I also read. So sad. We had such great times together. She actually introduced me to my first husband, my daughters father!

Oh dear! Lynn no longer with us? Remember her as a character lurking behing a facade of normalcy but always with a giveaway twinkle in her eye!

i'd agree, but as i saw the word giveaway twinkle, i thought more appropriate would be a getaway twinkle. she was so much fun!
